CEO & Founder

Debra Rozier is Founder and CEO of Inovitech, LLC.  Ms. Rozier has been in the eDiscovery Technology profession for over 24 years.  She has a unique vantage point that comes from three distinct areas of work experience: corporate law, law firm, and eDiscovery service provider. Ms. Rozier’s collective experience naturally progressed into a fourth distinction; establishing the launch of a pure eDiscovery technology company. 

Prior to founding Inovitech, Ms. Rozier held several executive level positions.  Her professional experience has cultivated product innovation and strategic solutions that reduced costs and measured continuous process improvement.  She has an instinctive, dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit, and it is through those years of experience, building workflow process, innovating products, and services, that gave her the confidence to venture into entrepreneurship.

Ms. Rozier achieved numerous awards over the years for her innovative thought ideas.  Her achievements have been highlighted in operations management, technical, analytical and conceptual design. She has also authored several industry-related articles.

Whitney Weeden

Training & Development Manager

Whitney Weeden is the Training & Development Manager at Inovitech, LLC. Her focus is to shape customer education programs, develop self-help training materials, conduct training and provide support to end-users.

Prior to Inovitech, Whitney was a Client Success Manager at Salsa Labs, where she supported non-profits in implementation, training, ongoing support, and strategic use of Salsa’s software. Whitney was also involved in supporting Salsa’s initiative to implement a more client-success-focused department.

Allen Lewis

Lead Software Engineer

Allen Lewis is a software engineer at Inovitech, LLC. His programming experience, analytical mind, and background with user experience are used to contribute to the development of IS-A-TASK, Inovitech’s proprietary project management application.

Before Inovitech, Allen served many roles within information technology including database developer, reporting analyst, and software developer. Past experiences with database development for Fortune 500 Companies make him well versed in scalable and efficient solutions. During his time as a reporting analyst, he constantly identified time and cost saving opportunities. As a software developer, Allen worked with front & back-end-development spanning a wide range of development projects. He created websites, APIs, an iOS App in the Apple App Store, and also discovered & reported bugs for open source software.

Shawn Huston

Senior Consultant

Shawn Huston is a Senior Consultant at Inovitech, LLC.  Mr. Huston has been providing litigation support services to solo attorneys, boutique and AM LAW 100 firms for over 20 years.  Mr. Huston specializes in market strategy and consulting, eDiscovery, litigation support, sales and marketing, financial analysis, and technical sales.  Mr. Huston has also founded Legal Support Partners, LLC, a company which provides technology solutions in eDiscovery, document management and legal research to smaller and medium size law firms. 

Prior to Legal Support Partners, LLC, Mr. Huston was a consultant at MerlinOne where his core focus was around sales and marketing, product management, project management, market strategy and consulting.

Joe Flicek

Joseph Flicek is President of Blake Technologies, a New York Corporation established in 1994 that initiated and completed major technological and creative projects with major corporations, universities, cultural and governmental institutions  in the US and Europe.  Mr. Flicek specializes in pushing forward struggling or new start-up business opportunities by means of a systematic management approach to all phases of each business opportunity. This means benchmarking the industry leaders through direct interactions which in turn guides business model acceleration with potential customers, vendors and partners.  

Mr. Flicek also served as Director of New Ventures at Science & Technology Ventures at Columbia University from 1996-2001. The New Ventures office helped to start 46 companies; 41 of these collectively raised almost $1 billion in venture and public market financing and are still active. Columbia is the top university for patent licensing with average annual earnings of $150 million and over $1.5 billion since 1983.

Mike Empey

Mike Empey is Principal and Founder of JACKFINN, LLC, a leading finance and accounting consulting firm located in the Washington DC area established in 2010.  Mr. Empey has been a financial executive and management consultant for the last 14 years and specializes in financial projections and analysis, modeling, strategic positioning, development of management and business metrics, financial due diligence, and sell-side M&A support.
